DESCRIPTION: the East Bay Regional Park District (“District”), Design and Construction Department, intends to engage a firm to provide engineering design services and environmental permit acquisition. The Design and Construction Department is requesting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from firms with pertinent expertise and experience in projects similar to that described below. The prime consultant responding to this RFQ is required to be a civil engineering firm.
